Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for young adults
- Deliver interventions and support to help young adults overcome addiction and achieve positive life outcomes
- Build strong relationships with local organizations and community groups to promote our services and support young adults
- Maintain high-quality assurance standards and ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards
We are looking for someone with a strong background in youth work, substance misuse, and case management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with young adults who are experiencing complex issues.
You will be a team player, with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to supporting young adults. You will also have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact in the lives of young adults.
