Job Description: Teaching and Learning Facilitator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching and Learning Facilitator to support our educational team in Stamford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, promoting student engagement and academic achievement.
  • Provide individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour and fostering a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Supervise students during break times and lunch, ensuring their safety and well-being.
