We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a leading global tech business, we provide cloud solutions to assist with HR, Payroll and Employee/talent management.

The successful candidate will drive visibility and conversion via Paid Media across the Enterprise Customer Segment. This includes managing the paid media budget and strategic agency partners, driving SEM/PPC, Digital Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, Content Syndication, and affiliate marketing channels for the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and optimisation of Paid Media channels
  • Managing a significant budget
  • Collaborating with local, regional and external stakeholders
  • Communicating with the marketing function to advise and support
  • Maximising the success of Paid Media
  • Managing a Performance Media Agency

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 5 years of digital marketing experience from B2B tech or Marketing Agency
  • A passion for understanding Enterprise customers' online behavior
  • Strong communication skills to translate data into actions
  • Experience working in a large matrix organisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

The package for this role includes a salary of £60,000-£65,000, bonus, and pension. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in Staines office.
