HR Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our clients' team and bring their expertise in human resources to run the HR Division autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Conduct performance management and disciplinary procedures
  • Recruit and onboard new employees
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR with a focus on payroll
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
