About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled GMP Expert to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a key member of our GMP Equalisation department, you will play a critical role in addressing clients' challenges and delivering expert advice on GMP topics.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the actuarial field, a strong interest in actuarial concepts and the pensions industry, and excellent problem-solving skills. A FIA qualification is essential, with GMP experience being desirable.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with our GMP team to review and sign off on complex actuarial models and calculations. You will also prepare and review written advice for clients on GMP topics, engaging in regular communication with the GMP team, client team, and other departments.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Flexible working arrangements available.
