Medacs Healthcare is a leading healthcare staffing agency that provides a range of services to the NHS and private sector. We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team in Hull.



Job Role
As a Clinical Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face and telephone assessments with clients to discuss and document how their conditions impact daily living. You will use your clinical knowledge and expertise to provide high-quality reports and recommendations.



Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of clients' conditions and develop detailed reports
* Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and guidance



Requirements
* Current and unrestricted NMC registration
* Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapist
* Minimum 1 year post-registration UK experience (NHS or private healthcare providers)
* Strong report writing, communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Proficiency in IT systems and typing
