Job Title: Service Desk Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Galaxy Personnel. As a key member of our service desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address recurring issues
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce call volumes
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales office environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and a solution-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
