- Administrative Support: Undertake additional general support and administrative duties to maintain operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Provide support and assistance to colleagues and the accounts team, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
- Director Support: Assist the estimating director and managing director as required, providing support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of the estimating team.
- Client Follow-ups: Conduct post-call follow-ups with clients to offer professional advice and information on peer projects.
- Cost Analysis: Accurately compare various cost estimates and complete tender analyses, providing clear and concise observations and comments.
- Large-Scale Project Management: Work on large-scale commercial projects, understanding the construction scope and effectively managing time and deadlines on tenders and take-offs.
We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of the building/construction industry and excellent organisational skills. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and be confident when working in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you will hold relevant qualifications and have a minimum of five year's experience, enabling you to bring expertise and insight to the role. The ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring client satisfaction is crucial.
