Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client's offices in Hayes, West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend daily morning meetings to discuss ongoing projects and tasks
  • Work collaboratively with a team to manage a portfolio of properties, including advising clients on required work and sourcing contractors for maintenance tasks
  • Ensure gas and electrical checks are completed in a timely and compliant manner, and coordinate any necessary remedial works
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or disputes
  • Provide professional advice to landlords on their properties, including managing the renewal process and dealing with check-outs and related returns of deposit
  • Liaise with the accounts team to manage rent arrears and credit control
  • Serve compliant notices and obtain relevant evidence
Requirements:
  • Previous property management experience is essential
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent IT knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office packages
  • Good time and diary management skills
