Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at Angus Steakhouse, a renowned restaurant group since the 1960s. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Bond Street location.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and intimate restaurant environment, with around 45 covers and a lovely outdoor terrace area. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a similar environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
