Job Description: As an Early Years Education Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons to students aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with the teaching staff to identify areas where students may need additional support and develop strategies to address these needs. Some key responsibilities include:\

  • Assisting students with their learning, including helping them to develop independent learning skills and manage their own learning.\
  • Working collaboratively with the school's SENDCO, pastoral staff, and parents/carers to provide comprehensive support to all students.\
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing feedback to teaching staff as required.\
