Special Needs Teaching Support Opportunity

Join our team at RIBBONS AND REEVES as a Special Needs Teaching Support, working in an inclusive Primary School in Croydon.

As a highly skilled and compassionate individual, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of young people with additional learning needs.

About the Role:
  • Start ASAP until July 2025
  • £96.16 per day inclusive of holiday pay | Paid PAYE
  • Work within EYFS to provide an inclusive education to all children
  • Potential permanent contracts / Teacher Training contracts available from September 2025 (or before)

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop tailored approaches to meet the individual needs of pupils, ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality education.

As a motivated and determined individual, you will have the opportunity to build the confidence, engagement, and social skills of children who have additional learning needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Support children with Autism Spectrum Condition, Speech and Communication Difficulties, and ADHD
  • Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals and groups of students
  • Monitor pupils and assess, record and report on pupil achievement, progress and development
