Commercial Quantity Surveyor/Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial quantity surveying and estimating, with a focus on timber frame and SIPs construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the commercial team in the daily management of multiple contracts
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial applications, change control, and final accounts
  • Collaborate with project managers and quantity surveyors to ensure accurate and timely commercial management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial quantity surveying and estimating
  • Strong knowledge of timber frame and SIPs construction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, or estimating software
