We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and PR Lead to join our team at Clear Junction. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing and public relations strategies to enhance our brand presence and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement marketing and PR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and budgets for the marketing and PR division.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaign plans targeting key audiences of Clear Junction.
  • Support sales activities by means of marketing and PR tools.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external marketing, PR, and other agencies, vendors, and providers.
  • Monitor and track marketing activities, including press clippings, social media activity, and marketing analytics.
  • Manage the relationship with PR agencies and journalists, including reviewing and approving content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role and capacity in the fintech/payments/banking space.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and PR strategies.
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
