Electrical Contract Manager - Domestic Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contract Manager to oversee a 5+5 year contract independently, managing installation works carried out by skilled electrical engineers and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day projects including reactive work, EICRs, and voids.
  2. Oversee subcontracting work for CCTV and Door Access systems.
  3. Serve as the lead contact for commercial clients, local authorities, and new business opportunities.
  4. Prepare financial budgets and quotations for clients.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  6. Conduct site visits, carry out H&S and quality audit reporting.
  7. Manage financial aspects including job costings and WIP figures.

Requirements

  1. Extensive experience in electrical contract management.
  2. Strong project management and client relationship skills.
  3. In-depth knowledge of electrical industry standards and practices.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  5. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  6. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the electrical industry.
  7. Experience with CCTV and Door Access systems.
  8. Company Vehicle: Sign-written van (Diesel or Electric).
