Activities Director

At Hallhouse Care Home, we're seeking an exceptional Activities Director to lead our residents' engagement and entertainment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a monthly rolling programme of activities that cater to all preferences, promoting social connections and encouraging residents to stay active and maintain their hobbies.

We estimate the salary for this role to be £11.44 per hour, taking into account the location in East Ayrshire.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing activity programmes
• Fostering social connections among residents
• Maintaining accurate records of daily activities

We're looking for someone with event planning skills, creativity, and confidence, as well as a genuine interest in working with the elderly.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
