About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Quality Care Services Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping to promote their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Care Assistant role include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects
  • Supporting clients with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, including engaging in activities and conversations
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition or behavior
Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of care and support principles and practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
