Trentside Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Asbestos Consultant to conduct asbestos surveys across their housing stock in East Midlands. This temporary opportunity offers a minimum 6-month contract with potential extensions. The ideal candidate will possess P402 certification and strong IT competence, including experience with bespoke software packages. A valid driver's license and reliability are essential for this role. The successful applicant will work closely with the compliance manager, responsible for reporting assessments and actions according to policies and procedures.

This exciting opportunity involves conducting asbestos surveys to enhance the council's compliance. You will be a key point of contact for the compliance manager, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to policies. Your expertise in asbestos surveying and IT skills will play a crucial role in maintaining the council's housing stock.
