Automotive Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach team members daily in processes and procedures to ensure a 'right first time' product to the customer.
  • Maintain and monitor safe working practices and adhere to implemented safe working methods and countermeasures.
  • Drive a zero-tolerance mindset for deviation from quality processes to exceed customer expectations.
  • Understand throughput rate to support customer requirements and operate visual delivery tracking systems.
  • Report throughput, improvement, and people requirements within given time parameters and support the Health and Safety team in investigations.
  • Ensure all MHE Drivers comply with Health and Safety regulations and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading a large team and self-motivation.
  • Good IT knowledge, including Excel and Word, and job experience in a Tier 1 operation is beneficial.
  • Able to work in a diverse group of people and be a team player.
