We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner or Paralegal to join our team at Reed. As a leading recruitment agency, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable law firm, handling a variety of conveyancing matters from inception to post-completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing registered and unregistered conveyancing transactions
  • Handling freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership properties
  • Assisting with re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy schemes
  • Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
