About the Position:

This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated and passionate educator who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with SEN and SEMH. As an Education Assistant - SEN/SEND, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs and supporting students to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • To plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning and socialization.
  • To establish strong relationships with students, parents, and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • To contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to SEN support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A teaching qualification and at least 2 years of experience working with children with SEN and SEMH.
  • An Enhanced DBS check and UK residency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: £27,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
