About the Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Assistant to join our award-winning Family Team in Shropshire. The successful candidate will support solicitors and legal executives with case management, document preparation, research, and communication with clients and professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support solicitors and legal executives with case management, court form preparation, and correspondence.
- Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Liaise effectively with clients, courts, and other legal professionals to ensure timely case progression.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools is required.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to family law requirements.
