Job Title: SSC Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized SSC Associate to join our HR Shared Service team. As an SSC Associate, you will play a key role in delivering HR operational services to our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a seamless candidate onboarding experience, ensuring a positive first impression for new joiners
  • Manage the full process of background screening for candidates, ensuring compliance with firm-wide processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the EH recruitment team to learn new processes and improve service delivery
  • Focus on client service excellence, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the HR Shared Service offering
Requirements:
  • A / AS Level education or equivalent
  • Proven experience within an HR operational delivery role, ideally within a Shared Service structure
  • Proficient IT skills using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Previous experience of working with HR Systems
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines
