Job Summary

We are seeking an Art Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with high-end clientele, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality level of service to customers, including welcoming and assisting them in the gallery.
  • Follow up with customers regarding delivery steps, administrative tasks, and feedback about their experience in the gallery.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele profiles.
  • Perform commercial and administrative tasks inherent to the gallery business.
  • Support the internal organization of the gallery, including light art handling as needed.
  • Participate in event planning in collaboration with the team and marketing department.
  • Support the daily maintenance of the gallery.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a business school or commercial background.
  • Trained and comfortable with sales techniques, with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling in a luxury environment or in the art industry.
  • A sense of challenge and a force of proposal to impact the gallery's performance.
  • Strong sensitivity to the art market and luxury environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perfect fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of French is much appreciated.
