Job Summary
We are seeking an Art Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with high-end clientele, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality level of service to customers, including welcoming and assisting them in the gallery.
- Follow up with customers regarding delivery steps, administrative tasks, and feedback about their experience in the gallery.
- Achieve sales targets set by management through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele profiles.
- Perform commercial and administrative tasks inherent to the gallery business.
- Support the internal organization of the gallery, including light art handling as needed.
- Participate in event planning in collaboration with the team and marketing department.
- Support the daily maintenance of the gallery.
Requirements
- Graduated from a business school or commercial background.
- Trained and comfortable with sales techniques, with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling in a luxury environment or in the art industry.
- A sense of challenge and a force of proposal to impact the gallery's performance.
- Strong sensitivity to the art market and luxury environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Perfect fluency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of French is much appreciated.
