About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Orbis Education & Care Ltd.

Job Overview

In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, helping them to lead active, socially valued, and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing bespoke care to individuals with autism, including keeping accurate records
  • Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment
  • Being a positive role model and promoting independence through various activities
  • General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and elements of personal care
Requirements
  • A can-do attitude and resilient nature
  • Compassion and empathy
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work flexibly and reliably as part of a team
  • Candidates with a full UK licence and access to their own vehicle (due to the rural location)
