Job Title: Lead Occupational Therapist - Mental Health Team

Location: North London

Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £43,900 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead their mental health team in North London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent leadership skills.

The team provides therapy services to an 8-bed CAMHS unit, a 14-bed acute unit, and a growing specialist service. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nursing staff, and the therapy services manager to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the occupational therapy team in North London
  • Develop and implement therapy programs for patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver care
  • Conduct ADL assessments and write reports
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff

Requirements:

  • Accredited Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of CPAs and ADL assessments
