Programmatic Account Manager, France

At StackAdapt, we're seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Account Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various verticals, ensuring their objectives and goals are met through effective programmatic advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in your region, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize your expertise in programmatic advertising to develop and implement tailored solutions that drive client success.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer retention and revenue growth, achieving quarterly targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
- Host training and education sessions with clients to enhance their understanding of programmatic advertising and its benefits.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, KPI optimization, and strategic solutions to clients.
- Set up and manage traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
- Experience working with clients in the French market across multiple verticals.
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising and media buying.
- Proficient presentation skills for clients.
- Fluency in both French and English languages.
- Experience executing programmatic activities across different DSPs, including StackAdapt, DV360, TTD, and Amazon.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and growing revenue.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge.
- Flexibility to travel regularly to meet with clients within their region (France).
