Job Description:

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Companion to join our team in King's Lynn.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires a caring individual who can build strong relationships with clients and provide emotional support, companionship, and reassurance.

About the Role:

  • Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to the management team.

Requirements:

  • A driving license and access to a vehicle for work.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including enhanced bank holiday rates, paid mileage, and access to our wellbeing support program.
