Aeropeople Limited is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) team in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all NDT tasks, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
About the Role- Lead a team of 2 NDT Inspectors to provide an efficient and effective service to internal and external customers.
- Pre-planning, researching, paperwork processing, spares/tool ordering, completing and certification of NDT related tasks.
- Maintain quality, cost, and overall performance of NDT tasks, addressing any non-performance.
- Completed a recognised aeronautical apprenticeship (Civil or military).
- Demonstrable experience in an aircraft maintenance or similar environment.
- Multiple Non-Destructive Testing approvals.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£52,000 per annum, dependent upon experience. Additional benefits include relocation assistance, overtime at 1.5 times, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, stakeholder pension, company sick pay, life assurance, retailer discounts, long service awards, wellbeing support, subsidised on-site canteen, social club, free parking on site, and cycle-to-work scheme.
