Aeropeople Limited is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) team in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all NDT tasks, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of 2 NDT Inspectors to provide an efficient and effective service to internal and external customers.
  • Pre-planning, researching, paperwork processing, spares/tool ordering, completing and certification of NDT related tasks.
  • Maintain quality, cost, and overall performance of NDT tasks, addressing any non-performance.
Requirements
  • Completed a recognised aeronautical apprenticeship (Civil or military).
  • Demonstrable experience in an aircraft maintenance or similar environment.
  • Multiple Non-Destructive Testing approvals.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£52,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.
