We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team at More Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to school children.
Our goal is to get more people active by providing affordable, safe, and enjoyable lessons for all. We follow the tried and tested Swim England learn to swim framework, which has seen many of our swimmers progress to swim competitively and even represent our country.
As a Swimming Teacher, you will have the opportunity to develop the confidence of our swimmers through fun and enjoyable lessons. You will also be part of a team that prioritizes the career development and personal growth of our staff.

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to teach swimming to school children
- Hold either a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2
- Advantageous to hold a valid RLSS UK NPLQ, RLSS UK NRASTC, or STA Safety Award for Teachers
