Job Description

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all areas of the business. You will also lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members, focusing on training and development
  • Ensure high standards of quality and consistency across all areas of the business
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences

We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
