Job Title: Senior Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Team Lead to join our team at JAM IT Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading a team of senior software developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of senior software developers in the design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain software development processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with software development trends and technological advancements to ensure the team is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM, Computer Science, or related subject.
  • Significant experience in developing commercial projects/applications in C# or React.
  • Good experience in SQL and using relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment, particularly Scrum, and applying supporting practices.
