Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer contracts, including managing variations and claims.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal value.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
- Conduct cost value reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying (from any construction background).
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence.
