Job Title: Senior Care Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Senior Care Manager to lead and grow an effective and efficient service, ensuring the highest standards of care in our supported living home in Tower Hamlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Home Management and Quality Assurance
  • Team Leadership and Regulatory Compliance

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a CQC registered manager role
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Passionate, committed, and enthusiastic leader with a drive to make a difference
