- Design and develop user-centred content that meets the needs of our diverse user base, including content for digital services, products, and marketing campaigns.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop content that meets their requirements.
- Manage and deliver content design projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Provide guidance and support to junior content designers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content design, and share your knowledge with the team.
- Proven experience in content design, with a strong background in user-centred design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
