Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, and ensuring onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment, including electrical testing and inspection.
  • Responding to reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, and ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Conducting inspections, fault finding, and diagnosis to identify and resolve electrical issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation associated with electrical aspects of the PPM and plant.
  • Coordinating initial actions associated with client requests, and assisting in coordinating visiting specialist sub-contractors.
  • Responding to call outs and covering breakdowns and emergencies associated with electrical services aspects of the contract.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Registration or recognised equivalent; or Health and Safety Training.
  • Experience with similar maintenance duties, including fault diagnosis, rectification, and electrical installation work.
  • Good knowledge of AHU's, FCU's, AC systems, Pumps, Motors, Pipework, Plumbing and Drainage systems.
  • A good understanding of Critical Systems and Non-Critical systems.
