About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of our residential care home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Manager in leading a team of care professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
  • Form strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and other colleagues to achieve the goals and objectives of the care home.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a residential care setting, preferably in a Deputy Manager or similar role.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
