We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Valley Park School. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality food service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of food and snacks for the site
  • Provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers
  • Counter service and till work
  • Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, a free meal on shift, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. As an added bonus, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have a keen eye for detail, and are able to work well under pressure. If you have a background in catering or retail, that's a plus, but we are open to applications from individuals with transferable skills.

Working Hours

This role involves working Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 2.30pm, with 27.5 hours per week. You will also have 39 weeks of paid annual leave, plus inset days.
