Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Community Care Workers to join our team in Inverness. As a Community Care Worker, you'll be working with adults who require support with daily tasks, companionship, and live-in care. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and contribute to their overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Delivering person-centred care to adults with varying needs
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care and support
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Working collaboratively with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
- The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
- The right to work in the UK
- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
