Do you excel in communication and have a genuine desire to assist individuals? If so, you may be an ideal fit for our telephone-based legal consultant position at RAC Legal Services.

As a part of the RAC group, a highly esteemed brand in the UK, we deliver precise initial legal guidance and support to our customers through telephone consultations on various private legal issues, including personal injury, consumer rights, employment law, wills, and probate.

In your role as a telephone-based legal consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering effective solutions via phone, including policy applications and guidance on all offerings provided by RAC Legal Services
  • Offering high-quality legal counsel on a diverse range of legal topics, primarily through our telephone advice line
  • Adhering to established service levels and quality benchmarks
  • Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
  • Staying informed about relevant laws and case precedents

To thrive in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum qualification of LLB (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication abilities (both verbal and written)
  • A client-centered approach
  • The capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
