Financial Crime Senior Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Crime Senior Manager to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our Financial Services provider, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Financial Crime and Compliance strategy in conjunction with the Compliance Director.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement the Financial Crime and Compliance strategy in conjunction with the Compliance Director
* Assess and benchmark the effectiveness of the AML and Fraud controls against regulations, legislation and industry best practices
* Monitor regulatory changes and update company policies accordingly
* Build a CDD approach into the Operations team
* Conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify potential Financial Crime threats
* Ensure effective Financial Crime Risk monitoring and reporting

**Requirements**

* Strong experience in a senior Financial Crime role within the Financial Services arena
* Broad experience across CDD, ABC, Transaction Monitoring, SARs reporting, Fraud etc.
