Job Description

We're looking for a Fee Earner - MOJ to join our Volume Claims Department. As a key member of our Fast Track Team, you'll be responsible for a high-volume caseload of RTA MOT Portal claims, following the MOJ process and best practice to progress claims from inception through to settlement.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess quantum, including reviewing medical reports and researching case law to ensure accurate claims handling.
  • Negotiate with third parties to secure the best settlement figure for our clients, identifying litigation opportunities where appropriate.
  • Draft schedules of special damages and assess suitable awards for compensation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience managing a caseload of Fast Track RTA Claims up to £25,000.
  • Working knowledge of the pre-action protocol for low-value personal injury claims in road traffic accidents and Part 8B of the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Ability to achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of work quality and client care.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
