Job Description

Finitas are seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to join their team in Reading, with a salary range of £80,000-£90,000 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, specifically in the insurance sector, and excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a customer-focused business with a growing product line. The successful candidate will be given autonomy to make this role their own and will have exposure to various product lines and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and advising on regulatory matters
  • Embedding new regulations and projects
  • Creating policies and procedures
  • Risk assessments and reporting to senior management
  • Financial crime prevention

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years compliance experience
  • 7 years' experience in the insurance sector (life insurance preferable)
  • Strong FCA knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills

Working Arrangements:

This role requires working from Finitas' Reading office 2 days per week.
