About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Investor Reporting to join our Pershing team in Liverpool. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for managing a team that produces and distributes investor reporting, including CGT and Income Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an operational team to ensure timely and accurate production and distribution of investor reporting.
  • Develop and implement policies and processes to ensure high-quality reporting and exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize their individual contribution and professional growth.
  • Ensure all client queries are reviewed and resolved in line with expectations and deliver a high level of client service both internally and externally.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure regulatory breaches are minimized.
  • Coordinate testing and ensure test scripts are up to date and reflective of live processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and changes.
  • Undertake projects or tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams ideally across multiple locations.
  • Direct experience of dealing with a wide range of employee relations activities.
  • Strong operational knowledge and experience of reporting to investors within the financial services industry (including CGT and Income Reporting).
  • Strong systems skills and ability to define and manipulate data (ideally intermediate+ Excel).
