Caregiver Associate

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Personal Care Specialist at Avery Healthcare Group.
About the RoleYour focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect for individuals at all times.
- Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, sign of infections, and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
- Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.

Requirements
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrating initiative and being respectful towards the residents and other people in the home.
- Being an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
- Being able to adapt and be flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Salary and Benefits
Estimated salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience). A DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are required. This role may require additional paperwork or documentation during the hiring process.
