About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Structured Products Service team in London. As a Junior Product Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the drafting and issuance of structured product transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting of Legal Documentation: You will be responsible for drafting legal documentation, including Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Summaries, and ancillary documentation, for structured product transactions.
  • Client Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts in Operations, Structuring, Legal, and Trading.
  • Fluency in German: You must be fluent in German to provide support to our German team.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong Work Ethic: You will have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: You will have strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook (or similar).
