Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the contract management team in delivering projects of value between £250k - £1mil.
  • Organize and chair internal handover meetings with the project team.
  • Liaise with the H&S manager to ensure health and safety policies are enforced.
  • Manage the project team to ensure pre-construction activities are completed in accordance with the programme.
  • Monitor and manage health and safety on the project.
  • Oversee the project team to ensure the project is delivered successfully and to programme.
  • Review the programme / critical path against progress and report to the management team.
  • Liaise regularly with the site manager or site-based project manager and oversee their duties.
  • Assist the site manager or site-based project manager with problems or issues as they arise.
  • Report any significant problems or issues on the project to the line manager.
Requirements:
  • SMSTS and/or CSCS Card.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence.
