About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team at Everlinked Ltd. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading the charge in our preventative and predictive maintenance program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team in implementing and maintaining a robust preventative and predictive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure maximum plant availability.
- Tackle breakdowns head-on, utilizing your mechanical expertise to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Manage and improve facilities to create a safe and professional environment for all employees.
- Work with cutting-edge equipment, including CNC machinery and advanced systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical skills with experience in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with vacuum and conventional furnaces, presses, or resistance welding equipment.
- Familiarity with EDM processes.
