We're seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Commercial Insurance Advisors. As a key member of our client-facing team, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing account retention and driving growth for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Support books handling numerous large client accounts, delivering a first-class service across a broad range of commercial insurance products.
  • Handle large premium levels and work closely with account directors to achieve targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on commercial insurance solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working to targets within a regulated, measurable framework.
  • Strong commercial insurance background, with experience in corporate insurance or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
