Sodexo is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Bunbury House AP in Ellesmere Port. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning of designated areas, as instructed by your supervisor.
  • Ensure all areas, including kitchens, toilets, and communal spaces, are cleaned and presented to a high standard.
  • Replenish stock and consumables, such as toilet tissue and hand soap, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the security team to maintain the cleanliness of their areas and report any faults or hazards.
  • Develop an approachable attitude and provide excellent customer service to our residents and visitors.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing situations.
  • Team player with a willingness to take instruction.
